The team has been fabulous. Fabulous. I really cannot say how extraordinary this team of people is. The way that they work together, how they know each other, how they support each other and their relationship with the client, I guess you call us. Respectful, very good manners. For me, one of the things I was most impacted was the cleanliness, how everyone was so careful in what they were doing, meticulous.

And it really didn’t feel like an invasion at all. The work was getting done, but it wasn’t getting done in a stressful manner. Everyone knew what their job was. There was a great coordination. The men were, as I say, very, very respectful, both with the environment, with the property and with us. And that’s part of the work ethics behind this company that we have noticed. I was asked to put in writing what our thoughts were. And I just thought that writing doesn’t communicate the emotional part. And it really doesn’t put the happy face behind the letters and words. So I just felt it was fair that I told you in words. Oh, we’re very satisfied. We’re very satisfied. We really are. In many ways, not only the job itself, but the relationship with Brian, with the crew, with the company. It’s been three days of having the same people here, working full days. We think that we’ve got the problem solved.
